Participants take on the role of city planners, tasked with transforming a traditional urban area into a cutting-edge smart city, using an engaging simulation platform that explores the complexities of smart city planning, energy management, and sustainable growth. Teams design a city that thrives on innovation, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
OrgQuest - Organizational Change & Structure
In this simulation, participants form teams representing smartphone companies, tasked with designing, developing, and marketing smartphones to meet evolving consumer preferences. Each team is structured into three subgroups - Leadership, Product Managers, and Operations - working together to execute key business decisions, with each successfully completed segment generating revenue. The team that achieves the highest total revenue at the end of the simulation is declared the winner.
TasteLab - Leadership & Strategic Thinking
TasteLab is a business simulation set in the food and beverage industry. Participants compete in teams to conquer the South-East Asian market and secure customers for their respective restaurant chains as they craft their team’s strategy, make strategic decisions, battle intense competition, explore potential collaborations, and navigate changing marketconditions and business disruptions.
The Samurai Game
The Samurai Game® is an immersive teambuilding experience inspired by the Bushido code of the samurai. Through shared goals, values, and vision, it fosters a teamoriented mindset while uniting the people. Designed for diverse teams, it provides a challenging yet supportive environment for personal and professional growth.

This simulation methodology is an innovative process designed to enhance innovation and business performance.
